The story behind Dreamax
When Davio White started his career as a brand designer in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, in 2020, finding the right resources and a clear path to grow wasn’t easy. While mentoring designers and people getting into tech, he kept hearing the same question: “What’s the roadmap?”
In 2022, Dreamax started as a design and tech community built around mentorship. By 2023, it became clear that people needed a more structured way to learn, leading to the launch of Dreamax’s first learning platform and UI/UX Design for Beginners.
Today, Dreamax is a learning platform helping people build practical skills across design, AI, technology, and business, serving 37,000+ learners across 30+ countries.
Dreamax exists to make quality learning more accessible, practical, and affordable.
OUR JOURNEY
2022
Started as a design and tech community focused on mentorship.
2023
Launched the first Dreamax learning platform and course.
2024
Expanded the platform and reached learners 10,000+ users across 10 countries.
2025
Started building Dreamax V2 and partnered with Figma Education.
2026
Launched the new learning platform and mobile app, and partnered with WAWU Africa.
