Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Purchases
All course purchases on Dreamax are non-refundable. Once a course is purchased, users gain lifetime access to the course content. Refunds are not allowed under normal circumstances.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in extraordinary circumstances at Dreamax’s sole discretion, such as when a user is unable to access a course after successful payment.
Refunds will not be issued if:
The user has completed 30% or more of the course content
The user has earned a certificate, badge, or any form of recognition from the course
3. Study Credits
If a refund is approved, any Study Credits awarded from the purchase will be revoked.
4. Payment Processing
All approved refunds are subject to Paystack’s processing rules and timelines.
5. Final Decision
Dreamax reserves the final right to approve or deny any refund request.
