Welcome to Dreamax. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dreamax platform, website, web app, mobile applications, courses, and related services provided by DREAMAXHQ Limited (“Dreamax”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using Dreamax, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dreamax.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using Dreamax, you confirm that:

• You can legally enter into this agreement

• The information you provide is accurate

• You will comply with these Terms

2. Accounts & Registration

Users may create an account using:

• Google Sign-In

• Email and password registration

During registration, users may be required to provide:

• First name

• Last name

• Email address

• Password

An optional country field may also be provided in account settings.

Each email address may only be associated with one Dreamax account.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and activities performed under their account.

3. Certificates & Identity

Names used during registration may appear on certificates issued through the platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring their names are accurate and match their official identification where necessary.

Requests to change names or account identity information may require identity verification.

4. Course Purchases & Access

Dreamax offers one-time course purchases.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Purchased courses include lifetime access

• Course access is tied to the purchasing account

• Course availability may depend on platform maintenance or technical limitations

Users currently stream course content through the platform. Offline downloads may become available in future applications or updates.

5. Payments

All payments are currently processed in Nigerian Naira (₦).

Payments are securely processed through Paystack.

Dreamax does not directly store payment card information.

Users are responsible for ensuring payment information provided through payment gateways is accurate and authorized.

6. Refunds

All purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered in extraordinary circumstances at Dreamax’s sole discretion.

Additional refund terms are available in the Refund Policy.

7. Study Credits & Referrals

Dreamax may offer promotional study credits or referral rewards.

Study Credits:

• Have no cash value

• Cannot be transferred

• May only be used on eligible course purchases

• May be subject to usage limits or restrictions

Dreamax reserves the right to:

• Modify referral programs

• Adjust credit values

• Reverse credits associated with abuse, fraud, or invalid activity

• Suspend or terminate promotional programs at any time

Users may not manipulate or abuse the referral system through fake accounts, fraudulent activity, or misleading behavior.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Share accounts in unauthorized ways

• Resell access to courses

• Upload malicious software or harmful content

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

• Attempt unauthorized access to Dreamax systems

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content without permission

Dreamax reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, design elements, and platform systems are owned by Dreamax or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Course content remains the intellectual property of its respective instructors.

Users may not reproduce, redistribute, record, modify, or commercially exploit course content without authorization.

Dreamax reserves the right to remove content that violates intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

10. Instructor Tools & Creator Studio

Dreamax may provide instructors with access to creator tools, analytics, payout tracking, ratings, and related features through the Creator Studio.

Dreamax currently manages course publishing internally and may review, edit, or organize course content before publication.

Instructor payouts are subject to platform rules, applicable deductions, taxes, and payout thresholds.

Additional instructor-specific terms may apply separately through private agreements.

11. Platform Availability

Dreamax may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

Scheduled maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

12. Termination

Dreamax reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms

• Engage in abuse or fraud

• Harm the platform or its users

• Infringe intellectual property rights

Users may stop using the platform or delete their accounts at any time through available account settings.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamax shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of profits or data

• Service interruptions

• Third-party platform failures

• Unauthorized access caused by user negligence

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

14. Changes to These Terms

Dreamax may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on the platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of Dreamax after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under applicable Nigerian laws and jurisdiction.
